We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. However, in certain cases where you need to return or replace a product, please take note of the following aspects. All our orders are made to order, and a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will be applied for returns and replacements.


Return/Replacement and refund requests are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date. In the case of Returns/Replacements, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition, with tags attached. Only defective items are eligible for return and replacement. If we made a mistake, we will also refund the shipping and delivery charges. Please provide photos of the defects before initiating the Return/Replacement process.


Products sold during sale and discount periods are non-refundable unless they have a defect. Made-to-measure and fully customized leather items are not refundable or replaceable. Worn or altered items cannot be returned. No Return/Replacement will be issued for customers ordering more than two products simultaneously to discourage resale practices. Ideally, please only return the product if there is no intention to resell. We also discourage the practice of ordering multiple products for trial and selecting only one.

How to Return?

If the product is eligible for Return/Replacement or Refund, please follow these instructions:

  1. Obtain approval for Return/Replacement by requesting a return.
  2. Include your name, order number, and email address used for the order. If the product is defective, please provide photos of the defects.
  3. Our sales representative will respond within 48 working hours to assist you.
  4. We will provide a return address once you receive approval for Return/Replacement. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning an item.
